Jincheng Entel Preschool Education Group consists of the Bai Yun Shen Chu Kindergarten, the Xian Lin Shan Shui Kindergarten, Ting Yuan Shen Shen Kindergarten, Zhu Hai Shui Yun Kindergarten, and Xi Xi Hai Kindergarten. The Jincheng Education Group currently owns two elementary schools, namely Hangzhou Jincheng Foreign Language Primary School and Hangzhou Entel Westbrook Foreign Languages School. Both give priority to individualized development and the cultivation of international perspective, implementation of information-based small classes to promote the personalized development of each student, bilingual teaching mode so as to be in line with international education, and creation of a diverse school culture to foster students’ interest and talents; they also introduce family-style boarding to train students’ ability to care for themselves and learn from Western experience. The one-on-one parents’ meeting model is used to enhance the efficiency of communication between the parents and school.
